She’s survived by one brother Richard Russell of Frederick Md. Lucille enjoyed talking to her niece Cora Whaley of Kingsport Tenn. Orbin and Lucille had 15 Children: Dixie, William, Merry, Milford, Gary, Bobby, Amanda, Teddy, Timmy, Mark, Sandy, Lynda, Tony, Delmar and Benny Seal. Lucille Dixie and Merry donated a lot of time sowing and helping the elderly.
Lucille enjoyed cooking Quilting Canning from her garden. A special thanks from the family to: William, Amanda, Timmy Tony and Sandy
