Topsham- Louise E. Westrum, 73, of Marc Avenue died Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Mid Coast Senior Health in Brunswick.
She was born in Bath on July 28, 1942, a daughter of Louis and Barbara (Barter) Cooper.
She attended Bath Schools and graduated from Morse High School. She was a Police Matron for the City of Bath from 1974 to 1979 and from 1979 to 2009 she was a Corrections Officer for Sagadahoc County.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Bath, Post #21 and the Brunswick Lodge of Elks.
