Linda Kay Boes-Bernard of International Falls, MN died tragically in a motor vehicle accident near Warroad, MN on October 25, 2017 at the age of 59.
Linda was born on November 23, 1957 in Bemidji, MN to Shirley (Pritchard) and Richard Boes. She grew up in Big Falls, MN and attended school in Littlefork-Big Falls. She lived in Wyoming for a short time before moving to International Falls, MN and raised two children, Travis and Jennie. She and Rocky Besch spent the last 25 years together.
She loved singing, quilting with her mom, painting and being in the outdoors hunting, fishing and camping. She always put others before herself. She sacrificed for her family, taking care of many relatives.
She is survived by her companion, Rocky Besch of International falls, MN; children Travis (Devon) Bernard of Moorhead, MN, Jennie Bernard of St. Paul, MN; grandchildren, Ayden and Chrishion; parents, Richard and Shirley Boes; siblings, Janet (Larry) Nyhus, Michael Boes, Brenda (Dale) Promesberger, and Patrick (Marcy) Boes. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rudy & Velma Boes and Kenny & Nettie Hagen; sister, Bonita Riveness; and baby brother, Dickie.
