Lee Ann Fries, 72, of Hermann, MO, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Frene Valley of Hermann Stonebridge.
Lee Ann was born in Hermann, Missouri on May 27, 1945, a daughter of the late Edwin & Ellen (Schindler) Haeffner.
Lee Ann was the wife of Larry P. Fries, Sr. They were united in marriage on June 30, 1962, at Swiss Evangelical Church, Swiss, MO.
Lee Ann drove a school bus for Gasconade Co. R-1 School District for many years and also worked at Frene Valley Health Center for over 23 years. She was a member of Swiss Evangelical Reformed Church.
Lee Ann is survived by her husband Larry P. Fries, Sr., of Bland; by a daughter, Sandra Rogers & husband David, of O’Fallon, Missouri; three sons, Larry Fries, Jr. & special friend Patricia Bart, of Bland, Missouri; Christopher Fries & wife Jane, of New Haven; and Scott Fries & wife Jessica, of Owensville, and by a daughter, Robin Overkamp & husband Clinton, of Hermann, by a sister, Edna Mae Pohlmann & husband Melvin, of Hermann, Missouri; by a brother, Joy Haeffner & wife Cindy, of Hermann; by 16 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Mary Louise Fries and a brother Kenneth Haeffner.
