Wiscasset-Lawrence C. Lynch III, “Lonnie”, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017. He was born in Bangor on November 24, 1959, the son of Lawrence C. and Simone (Hayden) Lynch, Jr.
He graduated from Piscataquis Community High School in 1978. He completed a certificate program in welding in Euclid, Ohio and then went on to work at Bath Iron Works as a welder and planner for more than 35 years.
Lonnie married Kim Pushor on June 21, 1980. They raised a family of 3 boys. Lonnie was active in their lives serving as a Cub Scout leader, basketball, soccer and t-ball coach. Lonnie taught his boys how to hunt and fish at the camp at Barnard where they spent countless family weekends.
He was a member of the K. I. Riders in Brownsville Junction and the Seboeis Stream Camp Association.
