Kelly Kuchukian passed away October 5, 2017, in the Chicago suburb of Vernon Hills, Illinois.Kelly was born in Detroit Michigan. He attended Cass Tech High School in the aeronautical engineering program, and later graduated from University of Detroit with a degree in engineering. He served in the Navy during WW2 as a Range Finder, and also the ships barber. He married the love of his life, Sima June 3, 1950 and they had 4 children. He worked at Chrysler Missile after leaving the Navy but spend most of his career at General Motors from 1959-2002. He held several positions while at GM from design engineer to development engineer.
