Obituary
Keith Stevens Rockwell, 58 of Wentzville, MO. peacefully passed away on Tuesday October 9, 2018, at the home he shared with his partner Yvette Bergeron and their 3 fur babies. Keith is survived by his father, Pete Rockwell and his wife Meredith; mother, Stephanie Schmitt; sisters, Ann Rockwell-Huggins and Sara (Charlie) Rockinger; brother, Terry (Kelli) Rockwell, his children Carissa, Stephanie, Philip and Margaret; 6 grandchildren, Jenna, Julie, Laura, Jayden, Thomas and Jace; niece Holly; nephews, Sam and Gabe and extended family. Keith will be remembered by his family and friends for his love of music, aviation, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, fishing, camping and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues. After serving honorably in the United States Navy from 1978-1986 on various aircraft carriers, including the U.S.S. Kennedy and the U.S.S. Coral Sea, Keith was discharged and stayed within the Aviation field until he was forced to retire due to his health. A memorial in his honor will be held at Progress Parkway Banquet Hall at 968 Meyer Road in Wentzville, Missouri from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Keith will be interned at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Monday, October 15th at 10:30 am. A special thank you to the Patriot Guard for honoring Keith and his family by escorting him to his final place of rest.
