She was born September 1, 1950 in Hoxie, AR to Thomas Mobley and Opal Brooks Benson. In 1984 she was united in marriage to Walter Cordell Green who preceded her in death.
Judy was employed as a dietary manager for twenty years at Gibbs Care. She was a member of the Missouri Dietary Manager’s Association and the Red Hat Society.
Judy enjoyed sewing and was an excellent seamstress.
