Obituary
Mrs. Kusiak is survived by her son, Casey (Nicole Medina) Kusiak of Berkley, CA; 2 daughters: Beth Nolte (Joshua) of Wentzville, MO and Debbie (Charles) Hunn of St. Peters, MO; four grandchildren: Rachel and Meghan Nolte and C.J. and Alicia Hunn, nephew, Jim (Lisa) Osman of Selbyville, DE; mother-in-law, Phyllis Kusiak of Selbyville, DE; 2 sister-in-laws: Patricia Osman of Selbyville, DE and Margie (Butch) Sutch of Orlando, FL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank John Kusiak Jr. and parents: Edward and Reda Streckfus nee Creamer. Mrs. Kusiak was a dedicated and loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed reading and watching sports, especially Cardinal’s baseball and Mizzou basketball. She also enjoyed getting together with her monthly bunco group. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
