Judith Barnicle was born January 27, 1945 in Waynesville, Mo., the daughter of the late Thomas and Lula Mae Smith Lamar.
She married Paul Barnicle on June 11, 1966 in St. James, Missouri. She came to accept Christ as her savior and was baptized as a teen at Manchester Heights Baptist Church. Judy was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in St. James where she sang in the choir, served as librarian for many years and taught Preschoolers in Sunday School for many years. Many people remember her for the beautiful solos she sang at church and many other functions. She had a day care at her home and was a second “mom” to many, many children in St. James.
