Joshua Taylor Cook, 23, of New Haven, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Mercy Hospital, Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Mr. Cook was born in Columbia, Missouri on February 11, 1988, the son of Ted and Sherry (Schupp) Cook.
Joshua graduated from the New Haven High School.
He is survived by his parents Ted & Sherry Cook of New Haven, his sister Christy Hernandez & husband Carlos of New Haven, a niece Isabela Hernandez of New Haven, his grandparents Melvin B. & Faye Schupp of Sedalia, an uncle Jason Schupp & wife Karry of Kansas City, three aunts Tammy Frye & husband Jon of Oak Grove, Missouri, Shawna Thompson & husband Mike of Oak Grove, Missouri and Julie Markham & husband Brent of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and by many other relatives & friends.
He was currently working at Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur in the burn unit as a technician. He previously worked for New Haven Care Center, Mercy Hospital in Washington, El Ranchito Restaurant and Boondocker Restaurant. He was a member of Revolution Cycles in Washington.
