Joseph Neal Scott, 38, of Westland, MI passed away on July 30, 2021.
Joseph attended Garden City High School, where he graduated in 2001 and served as Senior Class President. He enjoyed wrestling, football and track. He was a part of the Garden City singers, a member of ROTC for 2 years and a member of the theater club. He was a United States Army Veteran. He served for 4 years.
Joseph was so inspirational, kind, fun and loving to everyone who knew him. His sweet spirit will be missed.
Joseph is survived by his mother Betty Davis; one brother Jason Scott; father Rick Starr; step-mother Sue Starr; three step-sisters Nancy, Donna and Toni; two step-brothers Rickey and Chris. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Liley M. Starr and grandfather Estill E. Starr.
