Mr. Joseph E. Puroll, 76, of Ionia passed away on November 28, 2006 at his home. He was born the son of Frank and Antoinette (Dzwik) on February 19, 1930 in Elmira, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951 to 1955. He married the former Carol Luttman on August 10, 1957. He worked I.E.M. L&D Manufacturing in Ionia for 30 years retiring in 1992. Joseph is preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Surviving are his wife Carol, son Edward Puroll of Ionia, and daughter Jean (Stephen) Griep of Bitburg, Germany, 6 grandchildren, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.
