Our dear Jordan Cole Bailey (38) went to be with the Lord on October 17th, 2022 due to a tragic car accident. Our hearts are forever broken.
Jordan was born December 5, 1983, the oldest child of Bruce and Laura Bailey. Jordan grew up active in the Eagan sports community, becoming captain of the Eagan Hockey Team in his senior year. Jordan was a hard worker who led by example. Hockey became a passion of his which led to Jr A Hockey in Wichita Falls, Texas where again he became Captain.
After hockey, he joined his father and mastered the carpentry trade. Jordan approached the world like an engineer, his brain worked much like “MacGyver”. He could figure out and fix just about anything mechanical. It was amazing to see!
Though Jordan went through many trials, we take comfort in knowing that he experienced redemption in his life and is rejoicing in the presence of Jesus.
Jordan is survived by his parents, Bruce and Laura, brothers Shane (Amy) Bailey, Austin Bailey (Ashlee Miller), sister Makena Bailey, Grandmother Shirley Norman, aunts, uncles and cousins. And we have to mention Jordan’s cat, Jack, whom he loved fiercely and who misses Jordan terribly.
Jordan was preceded in death by his Grandparents Donald and Dora Bailey, Grandpa Jim Norman, and Uncle Steve Norman.
