John Pawlowski, 74, Warren, MN, died on Monday, May 10, 2004 at his home in rural Warren surrounded by his loving family.
John Lawrence Pawlowski was born on March 26, 1930 in Argyle, MN, the son of Martha (Yutrzenka) and Vincent Pawlowski. He was raised in rural Argyle where he attended school. John served in the US Army in Korea during the Korean War. On June 28, 1955, he was united in marriage to Joan Kostrzewski at the Assumption Catholic Church in Florian, MN. They made their home in rural Warren where they farmed. John was named Master Farmer in 1988. He retired from farming in 1994.
He was a member of the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and the Warren American Legion Post #27. John also served on the McCrea Township Board.
