Surviving are her husband, James DeVries; parents, Joyce Newton and Bill (Kay) Newton; sister, Lori (Lawrence) Weathers; step siblings, Kimberlee (Marc) Fox, Kellee Soumouske, and Kevin (Valerie) Burd; nieces and nephews, Ashley (Evan) Johnson, Griffin Weathers, Bailey Weathers, Jenna Fox, Mandi (Mike) Conover, David (Chelsea) Fox, Tristen Soumouske, Erica Maxson, Kayla Burd, Jackson Burd, and Anna Burd.
