Age 70, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016. She was born on July 9, 1945 the daughter of Joe and Marjorie Simmons. JoAnn enjoyed watching Nascar, volunteered at the V.F.W. Post #4090 with the dinners, and helped at the Portland Relay for Life for several years. She loved and cherished her friends and the young children in the family loved her. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents; husband William Corn; brothers Terry and Jerry Simmons. Surviving are daughter, Debbie (Mike) Fata; grandson, Michael Corn II; siblings Carol Tyler, Yvonne Simmons and Robert Simmons; special kids “The Dorskys”; several nieces and nephews.
