Jerry J. Bodovinitz, age 76, of Virginia, MN, died Monday, June 24, 2013, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth following a lengthy illness. He was surrounded and comforted by his family during his illness. Jerry was born on February 17, 1937, in Virginia to John and Geraldine (Blomquist) Bodovinitz. He attended school in Virginia graduating in 1955. He married Karen Wallgren on December 17, 1955, and they made their home in Virginia. After working 20 years at Herbergers, in 1974 he went to work at USX Minntac, retiring in 1997.
