Jeffrey T. “Mutt” Brooks, 45, of Empire, Alabama died suddenly Saturday, June 21, 2008 in a motorcycle accident. He was born November 9, 1962 to James and Barbara Brooks. On June 20, 1988, he was united in marriage to Pennie L. Scott.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Pennie of Empire, Alabama; four brothers, Danny Brooks of Cook Station, MO, Les Brooks of Boone Terre, MO, Darrell Brooks and Tony Brooks of Cherryville, MO; two sisters, Wanda Stegall of Steelville, MO and Jamia Sharp of Salem, MO; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, James E. Brooks and Michael Guy Brooks.
