Jeffrey Francis Bayliss, 52, of Westminster, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.
Born September 20, 1961 in Flemington, New Jersey, he was the son of Ronald W. Bayliss and the late N. Ruth Theisz Bayliss. He is the husband of Rosemary Mimi Bayliss. They had been married for 26 years.
He was a chemical engineer, and was the owner of Spray Drying Systems in Sykesville. Jeff graduated from Hunderton Central High School in 1979. He then attended and graduated from Penn State University in 1985 with a degree in chemical engineering. Jeff was a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, and was a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He enjoyed playing fantasy football and baseball with his friends.
In addition to his father and wife, he is survived by daughter Jennifer R. and son Jason R. Bayliss, brother Douglas R. Bayliss, stepmother Patricia Bayliss and mother-in-law Lucille Dutch Kunkle.
