Ruth Jeanne Fredrickson, age 89, of Virginia and formerly of Minnetonka died Thursday, April 17, 2014, in St. Michael’s Health and Rehabilitation Center in Virginia. She was born February 20, 1925, in Tower, MN, the daughter of Emil A. and Esther V. Fredrickson. She graduated from Tower-Soudan High School and went on to attend Business School in Minneapolis learning Secretarial skills.
