Janice Kinnear Hollis, 68, of Portland, passed away on July 10th, 2013. She was born October 9th, 1944 in Portsmouth, NH to Nathalie (McLain) and Arthur Kinnear. She grew up in Pemaquid, ME on the family farm, and while attending high school, she worked in the family ice cream and soda shop. She graduated from Bristol High School, Glen Cove Bible College, and Berkshire Christian College studying religion and teaching. She moved to Portland in the late 1960’s to work for Humpty Dumpty Potato Chip company.
