James C. Quicke of Hurlock, MD, died on Monday, October 17, 2016, at his home. He was 48 years old.
Born in Baltimore, MD, Mr. Quicke was the son of Roger C. Quicke and his longtime companion, Gerry Nash, of Hillsboro, MD and Barbara Anne Padgett of Tennessee. He had lived on the Eastern Shore for many years and had been a facility technician for Palmetto manufacturing company in Denton for the past 20 years.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Quicke is survived by his longtime companion, Faye Harris of Hurlock; a son, Daniel P. Quicke, Jr. of Federalsburg, MD; his stepdaughter, Brandi Harris and his granddaughter daughter, Kassidy Harris, both of E. New Market, MD; two brothers, Roger M. Quicke of Easton and Christopher G. Quicke of Hillsboro; and two grandsons, Daniel P. Quicke, Jr. and Remington Quicke.
