James Allen Christeson of St. James passed away suddenly at his home on Friday March 22, 2013. He was 51 years of age.
James was born December 8, 1961 in St. Louis, Mo., the son of the late Melvin and Edna Marie Raymo Littleton.
On April 29, 1995, in Potosi, Mo., James was united in marriage to Susan Lynn Railey.
James Allen Christeson is survived by wife: Susan Christeson of St. James; Son: Randall Christeson-Railey and wife Jennifer of Bland; Daughter: Crystal Christeson-Railey of St. James; Brothers: John Christeson and wife Shirley of Potosi, Mo.; Dale Christeson and wife Ann of St. James. Sisters: Louise Strauser and husband Donald of Mineral Point, Mo
Donna Zimmer of Arkansas; Edna Belcher and husband Jerry of Belle; Carol Belcher and husband Ronald of St. James. Along with grandchildren: Carlos Castillo, Hannah Railey and Skylee Railey. James was lovingly raised by Rev. Donald and Louise Strauser.
James was a simple family man, who loved his family. He was always known as a peacemaker and a friend to everyone. James loved to fish and be with his grandchildren. He was baptised in a Freewill Baptist Church in Potosi, Mo., and when his health permitted he attended the First Assembly Church of God in St. James. In later years when his health was failing he attended the High Gate Baptist Church located next there home. James will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
James was raised by Reverend Donald and Louise Strauser.
