Obituary
James A. Babor passed away on April 1, 2018 at the age of 76. He is survived by his beloved wife Carolyn Babor nee McComber of Defiance, Missouri; daughter, Monica (Scott) Burkett of Creve Coeur, MO; two sons, James (Carolina) Babor Jr. of Indonesia, Joseph (April) Babor of Sarasota, FL; four brothers, Jerry (Linda) Babor of Jerseyville, IL, Marty (Debra) Babor of Union, MO, Tommy (Elaine) Babor of Warrenton, MO, Denny (Donna) Babor of Chamois, MO; three sisters, Betsy (Mark) Arnold of New Haven, MO, Jane (Dave) Arnold of Washington, MO, Mary Ann (Bob Keller) Babor of Wright City, MO; two grandsons, Tyler Burkett, Drew Babor; granddaughter, Abby Babor and many other beloved friends and relatives. He is preceded in death by his father, Alexander Babor, mother, LeVerne Babor, brother, Ricky Babor. Jim enjoyed RVing, travel, playing music especially at the senior center in St. Peters. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed life and loved the Lord Jesus. He cherished 56 years of marriage to his wife Carolyn. James retired from Prudential Insurance Company. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
