Age 71 , passed away on Decemebr 24, 2004. He was born on January 30, 1933 in Westphalia, the son of Peter and Clara (Platte) Trierweiler. Mr. Trierweiler was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Portland. Jim was a a well known tenor with the Portland Civic Players and the Lansing Symphonic Choir. He also enjoyed singing at numerous area weddings, music and gardening. He was preceded in death by his 6 sisters, Dorothy, Ethelyn, Leona, Lucille, Rosemary, and Helene and 4 brothers, Elmer, Paul, Harold, and Jerome. Surviving ar his wife of 39 years, Janice; children, David Trierweiler and Deanna (Rick) Leik both of Portland.
