Jakobe was born a happy, healthy baby on November 25, 2009. Everyone saw past his impairments and helped him to grow strong. They loved him, which made memories in everyones hearts. As of July 21, 2012, he now has no impairments nor imperfections. We now know he is walking and talking, but most of all, he is playing. His smile is tattooed in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He leaves behind his father, Eric Claudio, and his mother, Erin Lincoln, who are so grateful to have had the chance to care for him. He left behind his sister, Gabriella Claudio, and his brother, Julius Claudio, who now know he is theirs and only their guardian angel.
