Jack Warren Rogers, age 79, of Tower and formerly of Des Moines and West Des Moines, IA died Thursday, June 17, 2010 at his home. He was born April 4, 1931 in Des Moines, IA the son of Raymond and Ethel Pearl (Binder) Rogers. He attended School in Des Moines and went on to attend College and Law School at Drake University. He was married to Sandra Jane Yeager on September 9, 1956 in Fairfield, IA.
Jack worked as an attorney in his own law practice, and as the city attorney for West Des Moines for more than 30 years. He was a member of West Des Moines Christian Church where he served as a deacon. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, the Kiwanis, and was chairman of the board of the Des Moines General Hospital for 10 years. In Tower he was a member of the ROMEO coffee club.
