He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Victoria VanAlstine; 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Betty (Lenneman) Honsowitz; children, Joseph (Eileen) Honsowitz, Michael (Jane) Honsowitz, Barbara (Skip) Bever and Thomas (Janice) Honsowitz; son-in-law Leonard (Barbara) VanAlstine; 18 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren; sister, Sophia Lenneman.
