Hollie Nicole Chasen of Cook Station, MO left this life on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, MO at the age of sixteen years, eleven months and twenty-nine days. She was born December 8, 1994 in St. Louis, MO to Christina Maxwell Booker and Lee Chasen.

Hollie was a Junior at the Steelville High School and involved in many activities such as FFA, basketball, track and softball. Her other activities included 4-H, barrel racing, deer hunting, riding horses, photography and hanging out with friends. She also enjoyed writing and  had a unique talent in that area.

Hollie was a very determined young lady with a dynamic personality, a mind of her own, and a very sweet, caring person. She loved her siblings and all of her family and extended family very much.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her parents Chris and David Booker of Cook Station, MO and Lee Chasen of Chesterfield, MO; brother and step-brothers Andrew Chasen of St. Louis, MO, Matt Booker of Cook Station, MO and Mark Booker of IL; three sisters Lindsay Chasen, Abigail Whitaker and Madison Whitaker all of Cook Station, MO; half-sister Mariah Morton of IL; grandparents Jody (Gene Koontz) Coleman of Salem, MO, Bennie (Joanne) Maxwell of Rolla, MO, Faith (late Kenny) Chasen of Chesterfield,  MO and Fred (Jessie) Booker of Cook Station, MO; aunts and uncles Bob (Debbie) Chasen and Randee (Kevin) Citurs of St. Louis, MO, Stephanie Lemon of Hillsboro, MO, Benjamin and Joseph Maxwell of Rolla, MO, late Neil Maxwell,  Doretta (Roy) Soper, Vernon (late Pat) Booker, Brent (Tana) Booker and Ricky (Teresa) Booker all of Cook Station, MO, Don (Ruth Ann) Booker of Lake Spring, MO, Dana (Wayne) Richter of Steelville, MO, Mike (Pat) Booker and Debbie (Don) Taylor all of Salem, MO and the late Larry Booker; other extended family, the late Tim Stickney Jr., Todd Stickney, Lianne Reizer, Kristin Fox and Tim (late Sandy) Stickney Sr.; other relatives and many, many friends.

The Family received friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2011 in the Paul E. Simmons Auditorium at the Steelville High School.

Honored to be casket bearers were Benjamin Maxwell, Joseph Maxwell, David Priest, Robert Booher, James Booher, Kevin Citurs, Robert Chasen and Matthew Booker. Serving as honorary casket bearers were Brent Booker, Mike Turnbough and Todd Stickney.
