Hilde Schad Killingsworth passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at her home.
She was a longtime resident of Pascagoula and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. Hilde was born in Schwabisch Hall, Germany on April 14, 1936 to Wilhelm and Marie Christine Haberlen Schad. She was married to Cecil Killingsworth and together they owned and operated HK Construction for many years. Hilde loved animals, and much of her life and resources were dedicated to their welfare.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter Evelyn Schad and her brothers, Wilhelm Schad and Fritz Hafner Schad.
Hilde wished to thank all her good friends for their kindness to her especially Vickie Hines, special sister-in-law, Irene Killingsworth, Virginia R. Eselin, Marianne Harrell, Mary Bowers, David Killingsworth, David (Christa) Killingsworth Jr., Dennis Killingsworth, Levi Hooker, Gerd Gunnufsen, Delana Turner, Joyce Dennison:nieces, Marion (Steve) Williams, Shelia (Jack) Benner, and other relatives in the USA and Germany. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
