Gregory Matthew Marincel, 69, of Virginia, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 6, 2023 at Essentia Health in Virginia.
He was born May 14, 1953 to George M and Elizabeth (Spehar) Marincel. He was raised in Mountain Iron, MN attending school there. He walked with the MIHS graduating class of 1972. Greg enjoyed working, beginning with lawn mowing at home, at Grandma Marincel’s, and at a neighbor’s. For a time as a young man he was given the opportunity to help at Cerkvenik’s Grocery Store. Other places of employment included the CWDC, Range Center, and most recently East Range DAC. He enjoyed the many friends made at each place.
He loved 50’s and 60’s music, and old cars, especially Edsels. He often attended old car events and was able to identify many car models.
