Glenna Mae Boullear, 89, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 1:56 p.m.  Monday, October 1, 2018, with her loving family at her side.

Glenna was born on April 7, 1929, in Saverton, MO the daughter of Freeman Orville and Mildred (McCleery) Brothers.

She was married to C.E. “Bus” Boullear, he preceded her in death on May 13, 1999.

Survivors include three daughters,  Betty Perkins and special friend, Stan Kratish of Houston, TX, Susan Minor and husband Dick of Hannibal, MO, Janey Musgrave and husband Scott of Apex, NC;  four grandchildren, Elizabeth Thomas and husband Heinrich of Rolla, MO, Scott Minor and wife Ashley Gross Minor of Columbia, MO, Eric Musgrave of Apex, NC, and Ryan Musgrave of Apex, NC; five great grandchildren, Logan Stone, Tanner Stone, Sean Minor, Siena Minor and Brett Minor all of Columbia, MO; one brother, Orville Brothers; and one sister, Eleanor Peasel; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Boullear was preceded in death by two brothers, Charlie and Delbert Brothers and one sister, Florence Van Blarcum.

Glenna attended school in New London.  She worked as a beautician in Hannibal for over 30 years.  Before her retirement she owned and operated Glenna’s Beauty Shop out of her home.

Glenna’s family was her pride and joy.

Away from work, Glenna enjoyed the simple things in life.  Sewing, reading, painting, ceramics, golfing and bowling were a few things she enjoyed.  Mrs. Boullear was an active member of the Mary D. Gordon’s Kings Daughters, Hannibal Regional Hospital Auxiliary and Hannibal Garden Club.

Mrs. Boullear attended Park United Methodist Church.
