Mr. Platte was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, and Catholic Order of Forresters. He retired as plant manager at IMC Agri-Business in Muir, where he dedicated many years of service to area farmers. Jerry loved life with his wife, family and friends. He was a creative person who loved to work with his hands building things around the house and for his family.
