Georgia F. Sherrard, (nee Galbraith), age 88, died Sunday, July 1, 2007, at the Good Samaritan Home of Stillwater. Georgia was born in St. Paul, Minnesota December 20, 1918. She moved to Stillwater in 1977. She retired from The Travelers Insurance Company after 37 years in the St. Paul office.
Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, Sydney A.; parents; brother, Frank W. Galbraith, Jr. and his wife Peggy. She is survived by nieces Jinny (Thomas) Cahill of Morro Bay, California; Kay (Michael) Pierce of Edmonds, Washington; and Peggy Ann (David) Rotan, Sun Valley, Nevada; step-children, Richard (Dee Dee) Sherrard and Roger (Evelyn) Sherrard, all of the Stillwater area, and Carol Meech of St. Paul; as well as many great nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
