George Rust Canby, Jr. “Rusty”, 87, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013. He was a long time resident of The ARC Montgomery County group homes. He was the beloved son of the late Rust and Elizabeth Canby. He is survived by a brother, Tom Dawson Canby.
