Frank Larrimore “Larry” Henry passed away on November 6, 2013 at his home. Larry was born in Cambridge on August 7, 1925, the only child of Frank J. Henry and Hazel Larrimore Henry Hayward.

Larry was a World War II Combat Medic in the 83rd Division serving in the European Theatre of Operation. He earned the Combat Medics Badge, three Bronze Stars, five Battle Stars, and a Purple Heart. Larry was a lifetime member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

After the war, Larry earned a teaching degree at Salisbury State College and a counseling degree from the George Washington University. He taught mathematics at, then, Cambridge Junior High, and was a Supervisor in the Dorchester County Public Schools for 33 years.

Larry was an avid hunter, angler, and skeet/sporting clays shooter. He was a member of the Talbot County Rod and Gun Club, the Cambridge Skeet Club, the Marshyhope Rod and Gun Club, the National Skeet Shooters Association, National Sporting Clays Association, and National Rifle Association.

Larry is survived by his wife of 66 years, Jane McClenahan Henry, his daughter Laurie Jane Henry of Norfolk, VA, and a half brother Armond Hayward of Cambridge.
