Francis “Sonny” Soule, Jr., 83 of Wiscasset, passed away at the Maine Medical Center in Portland on November 2, 2013. Born in Watertown, MA on August 4, 1930, he was the son of Katherine and Francis Soule, Sr. Sonny was a true salesman, and worked at Strong Chevrolet in Damariscotta for over 45 years. While working there, he received numerous sales awards and accolades throughout the years. He was a member of the American Legion Post #54 in Wiscasset, as well as Vettes of Coastal Maine, which is an organization for Corvette enthusiasts. He enjoyed skiing, rowing his boat at the lake, gardening, and Corvettes. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Soule of Wiscasset; 4 children, Dana Soule and his wife Pam, Scott Soule and his wife Amy, Katie Rackliff and her husband Richard, and Cindy Chadwick and her husband Jeff. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Lou Peaslee and her husband Fred; and a brother, Dennis Soule and his wife Jane.
