Forrest enjoyed tinkering on things, story telling, coin collecting and fishing. He Loved his family dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mickey Mizner and BillieJo Shattuck; brother-in-law, Cy Mizner and best friend Dave McCain. Surviving are his wife Shirley; children, Pam (Rob Seeley) Meyers, Shawn Shattuck and Justin Shattuck; grandchildren, Jessica Lee, Tyffani Raines and Douglas Raines; great- grandchildren, Keagan Jo Prescott and Wyatte James Stevenson; siblings, Sandy Mizner, Judy (Walt) Brown, Jean (Jesse Gonzalez) Foster and Becky (Steve) Peters; in-laws, Cleo (Louise) Scutt.
