Evelyn Mary Bauche, 99, of New Haven, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at New Haven Care Center.
Mrs. Bauche was born in New Haven, Missouri on December 16, 1912, the daughter of the late Oscar F. and Nina L. (Korff) Pelster.
Evelyn graduated from New Haven High School in 1930.
She was the widow of Gustave W. Bauche. They were married August 8, 1937 at Trinity Lutheran Church, New Haven.
Evelyn is survived by a son Warren Bauche & wife Janette of New Haven, two daughters Bonnie Matzat & husband Bill of Chesterfield and Lou Ann Wicker & husband Tom of St. Charles, nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a sister Laverne Kloppe, a brother Lester Pelster and a grandchild.
She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, New Haven, Missouri. She and her husband were the owners & operators of Dissen General Store.
