Age 94, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2009. She was born on April 16, 1915 in Toledo, Ohio the daughter of Ralph and Olive (Loop) Bihn. Mrs. Handlon graduate from Michigan Agriculture College (Michigan State University) in 1932. She volunteered at the Red Cross for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Steve” A. Handlon. Surviving are her sons Richard M. (Carrie) Handlon of Midland and David P. (Judy) Handlon of Ionia; grandchildren Steven Handlon, Brady, Megan and Erin Handlon; sister Phyllis (John) Potter.
