Age 92, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2005. She was born on November 24, 1912 in Ionia, MI the daughter of John and Celia (Johnson) Anderson. Mrs. Draper was a graduate of Lyons High School, and her hobbies included tending her flower garden and crocheting, especially making afgans for friends. Evelyn married Richard C. Sprague on December 9, 1934 and he preceded her in death on September 14, 1971. She moved to Big Rapids in 1968, before coming to Ionia in 1971. She married Loren Draper in April of 1975, and he preceded her in death in 1977. In addition to her husbands, she was also preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Helen, Emily and Dorothy; brother, George; son-in-law, Roy Crater. Surviving are her children, Robert Sprague of Marion, Richard (Lorene) Sprague of Lyons, Janice Crater of Belding, and Phillip (Roberta) Sprague of Sheridan; 18 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren.
