Elmer Reed passed away on February 13, 2019 at the age of 74. He is survived by his daughter, Vicki Marie (John) McLemore of Cape Girardeau, MO; son, Matthew Dennis (Lisa) Reed of Augusta, MO; four brothers, Darrell (Susan) Reed of Matson, MO, Jimmy (Lisa) Reed of Augusta, MO, Robert (Phyllis) Reed of Warrenton, MO, Dennis (Ann) Reed of Berger, MO; two sisters, Donna (Craig) Bond of Union, MO, Peggy (Steve) Lohmeyer of Fulton, MO; three granddaughters, Samantha Jo McLemore, Mikayla Marie Reed, Mia Rose Reed; He is preceded in death by his father, Dennis George Reed, mother, Elsie Reed (Love), spouse, Donna Mae Reed, sister, Kathy Meyer. Elmer was a member of Ebenezer U.C.C. in Augusta; Carpenters Local 32 for 52 years. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed hunting, and his beloved dog Max. Elmer cherished time spent with his granddaughters and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
