Obituary
Fortified with the sacraments of the Holy Mother Church Elizabeth “Betty” Meier passed away on November 2, 2018 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Richard Meier D.D.S. Survived by her four sons, Len (Mary) Meier of Lake St. Louis, MO, Don (Judy) Meier of Kansas City, MO, Greg (Cheryl) Meier of Chesterfield, MO, Jim (Becky Lorey) Meier of Hermann, MO; two daughters, Laura (Steve) Orf of Wentzville, MO, Shari (Jarrett) Langer of Wentzville, MO; brother, Robert (Marilyn) Johannesman of O’Fallon, MO; sister, Alice (Charles) Vogelgesang of St. Paul, MO; sister-in-law, Janet (Joe) Walchshauser; Preceded in death by her father, Henry Johannesman, mother, Rose Johannesman nee Peiper. Betty devoted her life to raising her children and family. She loved playing dominos, fishing, and spending time on her family farm in Jonesburg. She was a member of St. Patrick Parish in Wentzville, Missouri. Betty will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
