Eleanor A. Noyes, 94, of New Harbor, passed away peacefully on the morning of July 29th at the Cove’s Edge Nursing Facility in Damariscotta. Born in Lynn, MA on March 9th 1919, she was the daughter of James and Ellen (Pye) Brooks.
