Edith M. McLean, age 95, of Ionia passed away January 20, 2017. She was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Edith volunteered for four years in Ministry of Caring and for 18 years at the Red Cross. She served in the Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps during WWII. Edith is preceded in death by her husband, James Stephen McLean and son-in-law, Jerry Adams. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Adams of Ionia; grandchildren Melissa Adams and Erin Adams of Ionia; brother-in-law, Thomas Coleman; and several nieces.
