Dorothy M. Wright, 83, of South Bristol, passed away on the morning of August 1st 2013 at her home with her family by her side. Born in South Bristol on March 1st 1930, she was the daughter of Harvey F. and Jennie (Plummer) Gamage. Born on the Shipyard Road in South Bristol, she was a lifelong resident of South Bristol. She attended and graduated from Lincoln Academy in 1947. On June 20th 1948, she married the love of her life, Earl Wright; the couple recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. She was a long-time member of the South Bristol Union Church, where she often taught Sunday School. She was also a 4-H leader, and was very active in many antique car clubs; The Maine Obsolete Auto League, Antique Treasures of Maine, and the Antique Automobile Club of America.
