She enjoyed sewing and traveling. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frederick and Mary VanAntwerp, and Arthur and Dorothy Dexter. Surviving are her husband of 19 years, Steven May; children, Bryan (Amanda) May, Andrew May and Heather May; parents, Allen (Marilyn) VanAntwerp, and Patricia Dexter; sisters, Crystal (Joe) Piirainen, Sandra Preziosi, and Karin LaFever; in-laws, Leon and Jeri May, Ron May, LeAnn (Dan) Main, Phillip (Heidi) May, and Luke (Holly) May; several nieces and nephews.
