Dorothy Jean Beatty, 77, a resident of Polkville died Friday, December 12, 2014 at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Mrs. Beatty was a native of Smith County. She was the daughter of Pascal West Huff and Mildred Gertrude Hudson Huff. She was married to Vernon Beatty of Polkville. She was a member of the Polkville United Pentecostal Church. She loved her church and church family. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and listening to Bluegrass Gospel Music.
