Portland – Doris Kiley, 89, of Portland, passed away on June 19, 2013 at Maine Medical Center. She was born in Portland on July 2, 1923, the middle of three children of Arthur and Ingabor (Humdrop) Kelsen.
Doris 100% Danish was proud of her heritage. She spent a short time living in Denmark as a child. She lived the rest of her life in Portland, raising a family and working for many years at Data General.
Doris was predeceased by her husband, Thomas J. Kiley, her brother, Arthur Kelsen and a grandson, Eddie McLeod, III.
She is survived by her three daughters; Laurie Kiley, Sharon Kiley and Sandra McLeod, five grandchildren; Tom Crockett, Cammie Robinson, Rob Mains, Kristen Flink and Karena Marlow, as well as 11 great-grandchildren and her brother Laurence Kelsen.
